中国国际大学生创新大赛（2026）国际参赛项目邀请函 (Chinese Language) Competition Introduction 中国国际大学生创新大赛（原“互联网+”）自2015年启动以来，已成功举办九届，共有来自全球五 大洲百国千校的大学生参赛，已成为参赛规模最大的全球性创新创业赛事。2026年，中国国际大 学生创新大赛将于近期举办，广州航海学院诚挚邀请创新创业优秀青年积极参加。 Eligibility 大赛以团队为单位报名参赛，每个团队成员不少于2人，不多于15人（含团队负责人）。 参赛团队所有成员须为具有国外普通高等院校学籍的在校生或毕业5年以内的毕业生(即2019年之 后的毕业生，下同)，参赛申报人须为团队负责人，根据团队负责人的国外院校学籍或学历确定参 赛团队所代表的参赛学校，且代表的参赛学校具有唯一性。国外院校是指设立在国外、有独立办 学资质、可独立授予学生国外学历或学位的普通高等学校及专科院校。具有国外院校学籍是指已 在国外院校注册、且具备获授国外院校学历或学位的资格。 Entry Requirements 1.参赛项目能够紧密结合经济社会各领域现实需求，充分体现项目在新工科、新医科、新农科、 新文科方面取得的成果，培育新产品、新服务、新业态、新模式，促进制造业、农业、卫生、能 源、环保、战略性新兴产业等产业转型升级，促进数字技术与教育、医疗、交通、金融、消费生 活、文化传播等深度融合。 2.参赛项目应弘扬正能量，践行社会主义核心价值观，真实、健康、合法。不得含有任何违反 《中华人民共和国宪法》及其他法律法规的内容。所涉及的发明创造、专利技术、资源等必须拥 有清晰合法的知识产权或物权。如有抄袭盗用他人成果、提供虚假材料等违反相关法律法规和违 背大赛精神的行为，一经发现即刻丧失参赛资格、所获奖项等相关权利，并自负一切法律责任。 3.参赛人员年龄不超过35岁（1991年3月1日及以后出生） Competition tracks and Registration methods 国际参赛项目参加高教主赛道比赛，根据参赛申报人所处学习阶段，项目分为本科生组、研究生 组。根据项目所处的创业阶段，本科生组和研究生组均内设创意组、初创组、成长组。 如有符合条件的创业项目可以联系广州航海学院闫昱彤博士。 Deadline: 4th March 2026 闫昱彤（Dr Yan） Dr. Lucy Anning lucyann@devafricainstitute.org
